Contact us by email before ordering more than one of the same custom design, so you don't get charged for the stencil multiple times. We'll instruct you on how to proceed.
Don't see a design you like? Send us an email with your stencil-friendly image attached, and we'll customize your mug. We'll guide you through the process and advise you of any additional instructions, if necessary.
Your design displays on both sides of the tankard. We charge an additional $20 if you wish to have two custom designs, one for each side. This covers the cost of the second stencil. Once you purchase a stencil, we keep it on file in case you wish to order in bulk or need to replace a lost or broken mug later on. It is a one-time charge.
Note: Your design stencil comes from another vendor, so we have no control over how long it takes us to receive it. Then, your mug will be made-to order. Please take this into consideration and allow extra time.
These tankards are microwaveable and dishwasher safe, lead-free and food safe, and work perfectly with either hot or cold beverages.
Volume: 16 ounces (1 pint) with a little extra for foam!
